Game theory is popular in the western world,so as speculation and risk taking. In China, payment is more often emphasis than reward. As the saying goes, the payment is to be done after the Autumn. That means they are not going to tell you whats coming to you when things are going wrong. They wait sometimes when things are over, to come to you for payment. In this way, the loser lose even more. The present and future gains, are the highest price they want you to pay, so that nobody dare to game. Id like the Japanese to know, if you keep taking control of my life, theres not an end to the payment. You might be happy to pay the price of me, you wont be pleased to pay the collateral damage on others. Theres not a schedule or an analysis on how or when the payments come. People come to you after the impact. The players assume the price of the uncertainties, not the victims.
