Garage door operators across the country --- primarily near military bases are experiencing intermittent malfunctions. This issue is caused by military radio interference and usually creates widespread issues. The DOD owns the same frequency as many older model garage door operator remotes use. This is what is creating a problem. If you notice issues with your remotes not responding this may be why. Unfortunately, the resolution is updating your equipment. This could mean a new circuit board and remotes or even a new operator. Most of our customers with the issue are very close to base. We do have some customers that are in the Vine Grove area that have issues also.
