Garama garam khichdi, aloo baigan ki sabzi, pyaaz tamatar ki kachumber, achar, papad, chilled laban! Aur meethe mein Turkish Delight! Ab jaan mein jaan aayi :) Toh ek acchhi baat bhi share kar li jaaye :p I reached home at 4 yesterday morning. Was tired, but too excited to go to bed. The first thing I noticed was that everything was neat and tidy. Vessels done, laundry basket empty, house, clean! Relaxed, I sat down to chat. I told them about all the places. Though they had seen all the pictures ;), still describing face to face had its own charm :) Finally, at 6, I called it a day. It was a weekend, and the girls had finished ALL the chores, so phir kya fiker thi? I slept almost the whole day. After dinner, I was generally talking to Orva. Whether theyd missed me? And how did they manage all the work with their regular school? Etc. Out of the blue, she said, Mom, from now on, we are going to help you everyday. WE JUST REALISED how hard you work. I just kept looking at her :o It was very shocking, but more touching! I dont know what will happen tomorrow. I dont know if their word will hold good. But just the fact they realised my worth, and appreciate my efforts, is more than enough to make me dance with joy :D My girls have grown up :) Alhamdulillah!
