Gawd fedex sucks!!! Package tracking said it was supposed to be delivered friday (31st) but then when it wasnt and I checked again friday (figured maybe it would just be delayed a day), the estimated shipping date was changed to N/A. So I emailed them. Which led to a lot of emails (all of which took forever for them to respond back) with them asking various questions. Especially the tracking number which was included twice in the original inquiry/complaint. Then they wanted to know what the package looked like and any outside markings. Like I would know what the shipper marked on the outside, without actually seeing the box. Then they want to know whats inside the box. Because thats a genius way to track a package, by whats inside it rather than the tracking #, the shippers name and address (also given twice but should be part of their information they already have from the tracking number) and my address. But no, its vital for them to have the contents (that they didnt ask for at first) before they can find out what is going on with the package. Then I wake up today to see that caller id says I missed a call from fedex, but they dont bother to leave a message. Luckily I have caller id. I call them back and jump through the same old hoops of questions till they finally tell me they dont know where my package is and they just dont have it. Last week a different delivery from fedex and the driver dropped the package off and ran away as fast as he could, before I got to the door to see the package was smashed to bits.
