Gender equality & women empowerment, things we hear in media everyday. Of course we need gender equality, but on the right basis. In our country, I dont understand why feminists act in such a way that root cause for all atrocities against women is MEN. If a crime is committed against a women, punish the culprit but why u people think in such a way that all the men has to be punished? And our law makers SALAM SAB, India main hamara jeena kutte se bhi bekar kardiye. Equality, equality bolke hame kya mila pata nahi par, WOMEN got....... 1) special schemes for their upbringing right from their birth 2) special reservation in educational institutions 3) reservations in jobs 4) less interest rates for being a women #WOW 5) reservations in public transports etc 6) Women friendly laws 7)tax reliefs 8) And special treatment in almost all places because #they_are_women My question. WHERE THE HELL IS EQUALITY? In our own country, we are living as second grade citizens. #fact And our most beloved women friendly media, who are so keen on setting up debates for women empowerment, have u ever even thought of helping men through talk shows and debates??? U wouldnt, cause we are men and no one cares. On a final note I dont want comment on rapes its a heinous act. But when media shows statistics with so enthusiasm, that every 21 mins a women gets raped in India. FYI, a married man commits suicide for every 16 mins suicide.
