General David E. Quantock, the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID) Re: A matter of serious consequence Dear General Quantock, The article below speaks to the efficiency and the effectiveness of your command. As an American, I would like to thank you and the members of the CID for their excellent work in dealing with public and government corruption. Obviously, general, this establishes quite a record of excellence in performance. General, forgive my imposition here on this new matter. A serious mater which just came across my desk. Sadly General, we just can not make us such scandalous events. It even appears that the offices of the Attorney General and the Governor of Nebraska may be involved. This is another example of extreme concern is the illegal kidnapping of an American citizen on unlawful orders of a federal judge who in my opinion, is acting in bad behavior. This being the case, the matter must be fully investigated and a remedy applied. If It ends up as alleged, this judge must be removed from the bench and incarcerated. This egregious conduct, which seems to be appearing across this nation must be stopped. FRAUD – fraud – fraud in the courts!!!— Unlawful FBI Kidnap Victim Files Handwritten Criminal Complaint
