Must have 10-15 years experience in a similar role within the transport/shipping/logistics industry Must have Linear Agency Experience - refers to having worked in an agency supporting mainline operators (shipping Companies) Key duties: To develop business expansion plans, formulate budgets and define business targets To ensure Principal & Agency are able to reach out to possible market areas and has reasonable budgets to achieve set targets To review and improve business processes To ensure that proper systems are in place for monitoring and reporting To manage effectively cash flows To ensure the financial stability of the company The company is keen to consider ex pats that have a strong container shipping background.
