General rule for starting your new you is divide your plate into 3 equal spaces. In the 1st space you need a lean protein choice. In the 2nd space you need a low GI veggie. Lastly you need a healthy fat. (Some protein choice will cover both protein and healthy fat such as salmon). Healthy fats will contain a good source of Omega 3 fats... like olives, and almonds... use a internet search to get lists to fill your plate. :)
