Generally speaking, for Muslim terrorists, there is a hierarchy of enemies, according to the value they hold as potential victims of Jihad: 1. Westerners and Jews. 2. Non-muslims anywhere - Christians and Yazidis in Iraq and Syria; Christians in Africa; Hindus and Buddhists in India, China, Thailand etc. 3. Ahmadis and Shias in Muslim lands. On-going in Iraq and Pakistan. 4. Last is the Sunni Muslims who oppose the jihadists for whatever reason. Of course, opportunity trumps everything. The enemies most readily available are victimised more often. Hence the higher representation of Muslims among victims of Jihad.
