George Sharp has announced his resignation as Pipe Major of the Scottish Fire & Rescue Service Pipe Band, with immediate effect. In a meeting with the band members on Wednesday the 3rd of December George announced his intention to step down as Pipe Major. The Scottish Fire & Rescue Service Pipe Band are, therefore, currently looking for a replacement PM with Pipe Sergeant Alasdair Brown taking over the reigns on an interim basis.
