German Volume Training DAY4, WEEK ONE: CHECK ✔️ . Todays focus lifts were: Barbell Military Press And Front Squat . For those who dont know GVT is 10 SETS of 10 REPS with minimal rest between exercises (usually 60-75 seconds). This has been one of the toughest workout weeks Ive had in a while Not only are these sessions physically demanding, theyre extremely mentally demanding too. Afterwards they left @yamimufdi and I in a puddle of sweat and unable to form proper sentences with English vocabulary. BUT ITS SO WORTH IT. You finish the workout feeling accomplished and leave knowing you actually did something! All I can say is that Im happy the weekend is here and that I get a few (much needed!) recovery days! .
