German football magazine kicker believes that Bayern Munich bosses are not currently willing to give Toni Kroos the pay rise he is requesting to extend his contract, and compile a list of previous cases in which Bayern played hardball: Robert Kovac, Michael Ballack, Claudio Pizarro and Miroslav Klose. Kroos, incidentally, was substituted at the hour mark during yesterdays win over Stuttgart and did not look too happy when throwing his gloves towards the Bayern bench.
