Get after it, Spartans: -Single Leg Broad Jumps. Leap with your Left Foot as far as possible, landing on your right foot ONLY. Stabilize the landing for 5 seconds ensuring you have 100% control. Then, leap with your Right Foot and Land on your Left. Complete 10 total jumps. Rest 3 minutes. Repeat 4 sets. -Wall Walk to 30 Second Handstand Hold, 5 Reps. Then, Accumulate 2 minutes Chin Over Bar. Rest 2 minutes. Repeat 3 sets. -KB Swings / Burpee Ladder. 1-10-1. Perform 1 KB Swing and 1 Burpee. Rest only one breath.
