Get creative and be effective! I am a firm believer in changing it up so decided to use the laying leg curl machine to do my hip thrusts and go heavy with the weight, whereas with the bar, plates from bench, I was not feeling safe to go heavy. This is another version of glute bridges. See below my routine for #glutes day and watch I go for eccentric when releasing the weight. Explosive to come up and controlling the release as I lower my hips. Needless to say, I was crawling after that!
