Getting on my soap box. Jameson wanted to help me pump gas so we got out at Costco to do just that. The dude comes out and says hes fine to stand out here as long as he doesnt touch the nozzle. Liability issues and all. Are you kidding me? Hes 11 and as tall as me. And has pumped my gas for me numerous times at other stations. (And honestly, IM probably more of a liability pumping gas than Jameson.). I get frustrated because Im trying to teach my boys how to work and do for themselves, and help others. Just my opinion, but I think this is an example of how new laws and liabilities have created the lazy generation about which most people complain!! At Jamesons age I was underneath cars while my dad taught me how to change oil. There are parents that WANT their kids to get off the iPads and learn to do for themselves. Please let us.
