Getting packed and ready to go to Louisiana for the senate runoff election. Going to be helping Bill Cassidy defeat Mary Landrieu on Dec. 6th. Politico -- Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) is deploying 13 staffers from his just-finished reelection campaign to help Bill Cassidy win the Louisiana runoff. Cornyn, who is number two in leadership as the incoming Senate Majority Whip, just won a third term by 27 points. Among those from Cornyn’s campaign who are staying on for an additional month of work are campaign manager Brendan Steinhauser, outreach director Amanda Shell and political director Josh Eboch, who also oversaw their digital effort.
