Getting siked (that is how the kids spell it) about the treehouse coming this fall. Behind our home there is a ring of redwood trees, about 17 feet across. Inside that circle I plan to build a platform, supported by special tabs inserted into the tree trunk like artificial branches. Upon that platform will rise a little cabin, about 12 feet by ten feet, with a peaked roof, and a square skylight at the top. The second photo shows what you see when you look up. These trees are about 70 years old, and about a hundred feet tall. They add two to four feet to their height every year. This will be my writing studio, the international headquarters for Living in Dialogue
