Girlfriend made Daddys favorite dinner for us today almost entirely by herself. I did cut the onion, dump the potato pot when it was done and take the bacon out of the oven for her strictly for safetys sake but she minced the mushrooms and sautéed everything that needed to be sautéed, mashed the potatoes from start to finish, opened cans with a can opener, assembled everything and put it in the oven. It was amazing. I am amazed with my 5 year olds skills and I cherish the memories we made in the kitchen today. It took 2.5 hours from start to finish and worth every second.
