Give me a show of hands... if youve had kids, and NOW your Core strength is lacking.....do you have lower back pain??? Or maybe youve never had kids, but you still need to build strength in your core! ***Ok, actually...Put your hands down, I cant see them anyway.just click like instead! Did you know your core is like Base Camp, for the rest of your!!! The core muscles all work in harmony to provide stabilization for your body and to transfer power from the legs to the upper body and vice versa. Your CORE consists of ALL the muscles in your abdominal and lower back areas, as well as the muscles associated with the spine and the hip flexors. Weak core muscles contribute to all kinds of problems in the body, the most prevalent of which is lower back pain. By strengthening the muscles that help support the spine and improve posture, you can dramatically decrease the symptoms of lower back pain. Its been awhile since I had my last babe, but I have had 3....So heck ya, I could use more core strength. Ive been working on it for a long time now! I have come a long way, but its not there yet!! AND holy moly, after doing PiYo consecutively for a week, I can already FEEL myself getting stronger! Even just a WEEK! its Flipping exciting!!! So I have this PiYo test group starting July 14th.. and if your interested in getting hardCORE, & strengthening those muscles from the inside out..... comment down-low ;) vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv FYI..there is so many more benefits to doing PiYo, than just that...BUT THAT(aka your core) is kinda a big deal!
