Giving a guest lecture in Berkley this Wednesday to 80 undergrads for a course titled: Reflections on the Middle East: Origins of Conflicts. I was invited by Professor Hesham Khairy Issa who is currently teaching the course. This will be my first lecture in a year, since I took the time off for my pregnancy and delivery. It is a cool way to get in touch with students again while writing my second book. Having Rising from Tahrir used at the College level as an educational tool is exactly what I had in mind for it when I wrote it and it is an honor to still be invited to discuss it. In lecture #12, in the link below, the book is listed as a reading :) This will be the third time it has been used in a Berkeley course and has been used in UC Santa Barbara, San Jose State and a few other universities here in the US.Thank you Professor Hesham for getting me back in the ring :) https://bcourses.berkeley.edu/courses/1229166/pages/readings
