Gizmo update...ALL GOOD NEWS!!! :-D The little guy is feeling MUCH better; eating, drinking AND coming to bed with US at night (not hiding and/or isolating himself in the livng rm). The vet took him off the antibiotic & he bounced right back (no more runs)...Hes purring, running around (in spurts, here nthere), coming back to his cuddle spots w/Sal nme, jumping up in each and every sink for water...AAAANNNND, his 1st subq at home went WELL!! :-D We put him in a cardboard pet carrier to block him from all sides & the fluid went in well until about the last 25ml so we only got 125ml in him instead of the 150 they advised, but something is better than nothing. Hes also not only NOT traumatized but he isnt hiding or running away from us or even complaining at us afterwards!! Well see how it goes on a more regular basis (and how well he gets used to it) but for today, ITS ALL GOOD!! :-D THANK YOU GOD!!!!
