Glad you asked Rese!! The foods we put into our mouth for nourishment are SECONDARY foods. PRIMARY foods are our Relationships, Physical activity, Career & Spirituality. Isnt that interesting? If there is not balance in those areas then actually everything in our lives will be off including our diet, health & wellness. We may look good on outside but imbalance in these areas will manifest itself in avoidable sicknesses, stress or just in a lack of or struggles with our PRIMARY foods
