Glen had surgery today. They put yet another pericardial window in to try and drain the fluid in his heart area. The surgeon explained it may or may not provide relief, and that there was a possibility - with his heart and lungs being as weak as they are - that he could end up permanently on the intubator. We said our goodbyes, and we prayed. And Glen came out like a champ. We may have just bought a little more time, but well take it.
