Russell Esq Oh sure Mr. Warren, the "foreclosure petition "you mention is actually the complaint filed under the Massachusetts "Act" of the service members civil relief act to determine whether the borrower is in active military, as I brought to the Mass SJC (HSBC Bank v. Jodi B. Matt) where the Court clarified that these service-members filings are completely separate and apart from the Massachusetts non judicial foreclosure process, and that the Plaintiff must establish that it owns the borrowers note and mortgage .masscases/cases/land/20/20lcr145.html Indeed, I believe the "drop" in filings may stem from the Matt decisions holding. This Boston Globe post, amounts to no more than propaganda by the real estate industry, right Mr. Warren?
