Glimmers of light in the darkness, like lightening bugs on a summer night. You may watch them as they fly. You may think they will totally light the dark night sky. But, they are illusive. They soon take their flight, and leave you alone, choosing to believe-or not, that they really were there. They made no noticeable difference in the realm of things. They did not change your surroundings. They did not stop time, and neither did they make the night rush into day...... but, they are glimmers of light in the darkness..... reminding you that light will come....hope is alive... God is working in the darkness..... so, be still..... choose to disbelieve the whispers in the wind that says the glimmers of light are optical illusions, or a mirage brought on by your determination to see a light at the end of the tunnel..... have Faith in God... that He is working, and Trust Him to keep you until His plan is revealed...... mg
