We are looking for a candidate- 1. Who has 4+ years of experience in handling the Retail Showroom of Jewelry. 2. Directly supervise and coordinate activities of retail sales Associates in showroom. 3. Duties may include management functions, such as purchasing and personnel work, in addition to supervisory duties. 4. He should have experience in working as Showroom Manager/Supervisor with a jewelry brand. 5. Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised. 6. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. 7. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service. 8. Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level. 9. Should have good communication skills and should be a active listener. 10. Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. 11. Monitoring - Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action. 12. Service Orientation - Actively looking for ways to help people. 13. Systems Analysis - Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes. 14. Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. 15. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. 16. Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
