Globe Business Hotline Im calling about my landline as it has no dial tone. When I was able to connect to a customer service representative, she started asking me questions. 1. Name and designation 2. If I am complaining of our Internet connection also, which I answered : no Im not 3. If am on the phone and modem as of our conversation. I answered no She told me, I should be on the phone and modem right now or ask someone near the phone to call her back so she could assist in solving the problem. WHAT?! I am complaining regarding the landline and not the Internet connection. Why should I be on the phone? What will I do with the phone? Turn it on and off again? As what they always instruct me to do every time I complain? It really irritates me!!!! Why cant they just go straight to the business and list down the details, send the report to their personnel on the field and repair the phone?!!!! Why should it be so hard for them to assist a customer???? Asking for the serial number of the land line phone.. Ano, do I really need to memorize this so I could be assisted?
