Go ahead, America. Keep killing officers. Then see whos going to respond to your petty disputes, your hit-and-runs, your arsons, and catch the murderers of your loved ones. There are bad eggs in every bunch, and that includes officers... But it also includes doctors, teachers, priests, politicians, and parents. But tell me, did the two officers sitting in their squad cars deserve to be murdered in cold-blood, any more than Tamir Rice or Eric Gardner did? What about the officer gunned down in Florida? Police officers take an oath to protect and serve YOU. A select few forget or choose to ignore that oath, but you know what? Most dont. Do Germans today deserve to be viewed as Nazis for the actions of their predecessors? Do the Japanese today deserve to get blamed for the actions taken in Pearl Harbor? Does the black community deserve to be lumped into the category of cop killers for the actions of Ismaaiyl Brinsley? No, they dont. And neither do police officers as a whole for the killings of Eric Gardner, Michael Brown, and Tamir Rice. If any of you feel that in any way the actions of Ismaaiyl Brinsley were justified, please delete me, because I dont wish to be associated with you. When are we as Americans going to realize that were never going to move forward as a society if we keep stereotyping and categorizing each other? If we cannot start viewing others as humans, rather than stereotypes, then we dont deserve to survive as a nation.
