Go ahead and keep telling me how much respect I should have for the police and how much good they do for people... Ill keep telling you how not ALL cops are bad, but there are TOO DAMNED MANY who shouldnt have a badge, much less a gun, and that there are too damned many who would be in PRISON for the crap theyve done if not for a police force determining whether or not they end up in front of a jury for it!! The cop told this kid to produce his license and the kid turned to get it out of the car and the trigger happy paranoid cop SHOT HIM IN THE BACK!! Is this REALLY the type of cop you want patrolling the streets when your family is out running errands??? If a CCW holder pulled out their gun and did this after a bumper thumper when asking the other driver to produce his insurance info, that civilian would be in jail awaiting trial. Cops should be held to the same standards. Instead, threats to society like this are all too often shielded from the very laws they are charged to enforce by that badge, and only get some paid leave (vacation time, in essence) and a note in their folder similar to what you or I might get for being late to work too many times.
