Goalless Majoro Respects Baxter Lehlohonolo Majoro is yet to register a single goal for Kaizer Chiefs in 2013/14. The 27-year-old has made eight appearances for the club so far this season, although the majority of his showings have come as a subsitutue. arrival of Knowledge Musona has seen the once-prolific striker relegated to the fringes of the clubs striking department. Coach Stuart Baxter appears to be favouring Musona and Bernard Parker as his preferred striking pair. Its possible that a high profile miss in front of a gaping goal with the last kick of the MTN8 second leg semi-final may not have helped the strikers bruised confidence. Understandably, Majoro may be feeling a little deflated by his lack of game time given his good goal return in the last campaign. However, the Ladybrand-born striker is remaining in a positive frame of mind and has revealed he respects whatever starting line-up Baxter selects on game day. Speaking ahead of the upcoming Soweto Derby on Saturday, Majoro told the The press, What I can tell you is that it really doesnt matter who plays on the day... Obviously we all know that every player would want to play in a derby but we respect the coachs selection of the team on the day. If given the chance to play then someone must do the job that the coach wants them to do. As a team we would all want to win so no matter who plays on the day, we will all be looking for goals to win the game. I dont mind whether I start on the bench or start the game. We all want to win. *MST :)
