God, please keep me clean and sober. God, please help me to keep my eyes on the tools of the program. God as I drift into selfishness and self centeredness, when I begin to be judgmental or critical, when my thoughts become anything other than kind, loving, tolerant...please help me to turn to the tools. Help me to remember just what I have and to know these are my problems that drinking is just a symptom. God please help me to remember that you have great things planned for me and for how I affect those around me. I know that I cannot attain these things of my own power. I surrender to you and your will for me. I surrender these things. I know they often drive me God but I know they render me completely ineffective at becoming the person you have intended for me. God please help me to remain humble that I may be ready to re-surrender at any moment I begin to veer off so I can comeback soon before I get too far off. God please help me to make you bigger in my life and me smaller. I have everything I need and a lot of what I want. Please help me to give others what they need. Please help protect me from me.
