Gods Gem Ministry Daily Devotional Thursday 4th December 2014. Topic: Oil of refreshing (The needed) Part 2 Text: Matthew 25: 1 - 12 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish; They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them; But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps Yesterday we considered what is required to keep one going on the path of righteousness. Weve got to be sensitive to the things above; understanding that things beneath are temporary. The wise five of the ten virgins focused on the things above, by having a proper preparation towards the coming of the bride groom; they took all they needed and never went out of the stay zone of the bridegroom. Likewise we should be found prepared, and alert for the second coming of the bridegroom(Jesus). There is a stay-zone, there exist a domain of righteousness strictly for the right and just, when Jesus comes, He will only visit this domain and take all elements therein. Those that are not in this bounded domain, will be left out; just as the five foolish virgins were locked out, because they failed to go with an extra oil. Beloved, youve got to understand that you need an oil of refreshing, you need the Spirit of God to contain God, you cant stay in Gods zone and yet you dont have the needed for sustainability. Change your brain! There are lots to enjoy when you stay in Gods zone, getting a constant refreshing that will keep you going... The promise is to all, dont be left out! make a wise descision this day, and start enjoying the Father. Prayer point: Give me oil in my lamp, I pray. I need your outpouring.
