Godzilla 2014 goof argument.DONT READ IF MOVIE NOT SEEN. On IMDB they bring up the fact that in the Hawaii scene when G shows up he causes a tidal wave and that for the rest of the movie nothing like that happens. They say that that its an incorrect thing. In reality its not. The reason he causes the tidal wave is not just his size. Its that coupled with the speed at which he is surfacing. Its like if you put your hand flat under water and then try to raise it straight up quickly. Water will still be falling off your hands after its out and youll cause bigger ripples. If you do the same thing slowly you may not cause much water motion at all and no water will be on top of your hands. Its the same thing for the movie but on a larger scale. During that scene hes go pretty much full speed onto the beach. During the other scenes later like when he comes out near the bridge, when hes getting out after killing big momma, or when hes getting back in at the end. In those scenes hes going slow enough the water can move out of his way with much force.
