Going from the BRC playa to SF-based default world is one thing. Going almost directly to to suburban South Florida is a whole nother thing all together. Food is served in styrofoam. Other items purchased are placed in individual plastic bags (so i have already acquired about 15 bags since i got here Sunday night). There is no recycling at the office I am working in, nor the hotel room in which i am staying. I havent seen a single bicycle since I arrived. There are however lots of older folks who drive 5 miles an hour, so the vehicular transport is kinda the same.
