Focus on keeping the hands staggered, while keeping the elbows in, when doing the push up. **modified** do it on your knees** Bottom: high low plank Start in a high plank position. Hands flat, palms pushed into the floor, heels pressed back. Lower down to your forearms, then press back up one hand at a time into a high plank.
