Going to meet my new doctor today for a physical and to do some bloodwork. See where Im starting at with blood pressure, resting heart rate, glucose levels, body mass index all the things I can gauge and measure as I prepare to go from addiction through rehab into recovery and beyond by moving forward toward my goals to live a healthy life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In May I will become a certified peer counselor and it is my aspiration intent and focus to take that and really make a difference helping others return to living with a sense of purpose and restored faith in themselves, in their life and learn to succeed in abundance along the way together this will become my reality and I am blessed in my pursuit of greater than.
