Going to the beach at Gasparilla Island State Park just got - TopicsExpress

Going to the beach at Gasparilla Island State Park just got easier. A new 230-foot board crosses the dune, giving you access from the Dune Parking area to the elevated restroom with a picture-perfect view all the way. If you look closely, you can see the 1890s Boca Grande Lighthouse and parts of Cayo Costa State Park. Many thanks to our Bureau of Design and Construction and Innovative Marine Structures, LLC. This boardwalk was made possbile by a grant from the Lee County Tourist Development Council. floridastateparks.org/gasparillaisland
