Golden Alert Issued For Missing Lincoln County Man Released on: Thursday, September 18, 2014 (Richmond, Ky.)- A Golden Alert has been issued for Samuel “Sam” Henry Robinson 78, of Crab Orchard. Mr. Robinson has not been seen or heard from since Wednesday, September 17, 2014. Robinson is a white male, light complexion, with blue eyes, 60 in height and weighs approximately 185 lbs. Robinson has grayish-white receding hair, walks with a limp and may wear glasses. Robinson suffers from early stages of dementia. Robinson is possibly driving a Silver 2012 FORD F-150 pickup, displaying a Kentucky registration of778MXJ. The vehicle has a bed cover with a Navy Stickers on it. The Kentucky State Police is requesting public assistance in locating Samuel H. Robinson. Anyone with information about a possible location of Samuel “Sam” Henry Robinson, is asked to contact the Kentucky State Police Post 7 at 1-800-222-5555 or at (859) 623-2404. The investigation is ongoing by Trooper Gary Thornberry.
