Golliher Farms will be offering all natural Freezer Beef in 2014. Offered in quarters, halves or the whole calf. The price is $4/pound hanging weight, which will be around 700 pounds for a whole, 350 pounds for a half, or 175 pounds for a quarter. Weights will vary with each calf. Processing costs will be around $300 for a whole, $150 for a half, and $75 for a quarter. This will also vary depending on how you choose to have the beef processed (how much you want ground into ground beef, how thick you want your steaks, etc.) We raise each calf to your specifications and needs. We can do 100% grassfed. We can also raise the calf larger if you want more meat, or smaller for leaner meat. If interested please contact us via Facebook.
