Good Afternoon Optimist Members! Tomorrow’s meeting is our monthly dinner meeting. The meeting will be held at Ensenada Mexican Restaurant at 6:30 pm. We have 2 guests who will be with us tomorrow evening. Our speaker Claudia J. Keifer is the Deputy Portfolio Manager of the Business and Force Support Portfolio Space and Naval Warfare systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic (Tidewater). She has been with the SPAWAR team since 1993. Claudia has a very impressive background as a retired Navy lieutenant commander and information systems expert! She provides guidance to over 700 employees on software and enterprise-wide business solutions. Also, she’ll be sharing with us information about SSC Atlantic Hampton Roads community youth outreach program (i.e., robotics competitions, expos, science and career fairs, etc.). With her will be Jerry Sekerak who is the SSC Atlantic Hampton Roads Public Affairs Officer. Sine these great folks have taken time out of their day to come visit with us, please make a special effort to come to dinner with us tomorrow night. We always have a good time, lively conversation, good food plus education!
