Good Day Mr. Gilbert, I happen to read an article in my facebook which link to your website transitioning.org/employers/, currently our company is recruiting employees for few positions. We are a newly set-up company which just incorporated in May 2014 and since then we have advertise in paper, online advertisement but most who respond are foreign, but we would prefer to recruit local and one of the reason is that our company has no quota to employ foreign.
