Good Evening ! Shirley Bostrum A well known anti-IPV advocate author and mother has passed away in CT today! She was of the Survivors of Homicide era in which I was active.Shirley worked tirelessly after her daughter, Margaret Bostrom a clinical psychologist working for the Federal Bureau of Prison, lost her life at the homicidal hands of her husband many years ago,. Shirley wrote a non-fiction book of their story along with facts about IPV at the time called, Funny, He Doesnt Look like a Murderer...But Margie is Dead, as well as a teaching guide aimed at helping young girls called Abbys Dilemma!
