Good Morning! A cool morning 55 in the beautiful Sierra Nevada and a very quiet one too. faraway a bird is talking to me...letting me know things will be OK. I am more powerful than I think I am. I need to remind myself of this. Is time for me to Stand up within myself. Gather my mental, emotional and spiritual strength and keep going...but before I continue I need a cup of coffee. OK...cup of Peets coffee...organic blend...Cherry turnover...I agree not the breakfast of champions but comfort food...I am speaking from deep within my spirit and my soul today. I need to take my power back and I say...I will survive. I will thrive. I am coming back. Giving up is not who I am. I will stay the course and persist until I succeed. I might have to do this while down on my knees, praying, crying, screaming at the top of my lungs. I guess the key is to resist the feeling of being overwhelmed, and powerless. I will survive and thrive again!! OMG!! I am sad. I know Its natural to feel sorry for myself or feel frightened but, I am still breathing. I am still here and I have the power to change how I feel. I will continue to SMILE. Have a fantastic day!!
