Good Morning... And so today we step into the shadow place...reclaiming that we have hidden from ourselves...brave steps to take... The quality of our journey home is determined by the weight of our baggage, the things left unattended too, unsaid and denied... For years this aspect of the work filled me with an uneasy feeling, I understand why people avoid it, focusing only on Love and Light....however this is only half of the story...that which is hidden in the shadowy places brings shinning gifts, a release and a lightness of heart that I have not found elsewhere. Will you be brave and step in? Own that which you project onto those who you love the most? Food for thought, no? The world around us reflects that which lives in the collective sub-conscious...surely we can all do our bit?
