Good Morning, Family & Friends: I hope you remembered to set your clocks ahead before you went to bed last night--daylight savings time is here :-) This devotional is so true. Until I turned my life over to Jesus, I struggled to find answers to lifes problems. I tried to make a plan for my life, then work the plan with my focus mostly on financial success and career advancement. I tried everything the world would present as a possible path to success, and in the midst of the ensuing troubles, I struggled to fill what I now call my God Gap. I was brought up in church, but I was not living for or committed to serving the Lord. Once I discovered Gods Plan and began to seek to understand it, the Lord helped make it clearer to me. I began reading the Bible and, for the first time, grasped what He was trying to tell me, and you, when He guided the hand of those who wrote it. Finally, I had an assurance that comes from knowing Gods Plan for my life, and the more I read the more peace I had. The more peace I had, the more I wanted to read and study Gods word. So, you see, Billy Grahams devotional claim of the only source for the answers to our problems is a personal relationship with God which comes through a heart change that we all must have to please Him. If I can do it, so can you...the Bible says that God is no respecter of persons...what He will do for one person, He will do for all who submit to His plan. PRAY HARD!!
