Good Morning Family and Friends: As I was spending time with the Lord asking for directions and seeking for my needs from him, the Holy Spirit revealed to me two words..NO MORE. Ok father I dont understand what you are saying to me. Sometime we have to wait on him. In other words be patient. I begin to remember Paul in 1Thessalonians. He was expressing to the people to remain pure and faithful in all that we do. If we stay rooted in the word the enemy has no way to enter into our lives. Trials and tribulations are coming but if we have our armor on we can stand against the darts and arrows that he cast against us. The battle is already won. We just need to take time to feast on the word of God every day. Eat it like you would eat steak and potato. 1 Thessalonians 4: 16 says: For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the Archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. It says a loud command ! When the Lord comes back that means the end of this world. Could the command be : No More ? The Angels will stand and the King of Kings will raise his pierced hand and proclaim No more pain, no more tears, no more death, no more sadness, no more crying, no more loneliness. For those who live for this world, thats bad news. but for those who live for the world to come, its an encouraging promise. Sisters and brothers, we are on a land mine and its just a matter of time. For in this world you will have trouble...next time you are tossed into a river as you ride the rapids of life, remember his words of assurance. Those who endure will be saved. The gospel will be preached. The end will come. You can count on it... What are the extras that God has blessed us with ? Please God by spending a little extra time of building a lasting friendship that honor him. God is love. I pray that this helps and encourage someone as much as it helped me today...
