Good Morning Peeps, I was just out on the porch a little while ago to feed the outside cats and the sky looked ominous...forecast is for showers this morning and then thunderstorms likely in late afternoon. 30% chance... which just about messes up our plans to roll out a line of furniture on the roadside in front of the market....today....So THAT plan will have to be re installed next weekend......With any luck at all we will be struggling to find furniture pieces to display out there as we will have sold everything today!!!! SIL is not happy with the return on her booth and will be vacating it next fri...which leaves Chris and I free to move to the front of the market if we can negotiate a good rent deal. .smaller space, hopefully less rent and better spot... While it is dead summer right now, we have to think about what we will do thru the winter to continue selling....Ebay has made it just about impossible for the very small seller to make any kind of profit so that is out....Our local online sites for selling "Neighbor to Neighbor" are looking promising...We sill be utilizing them more and more to see if we can meet our monthly deficit thru that channel. It is a struggle to work this way but we have always somehow made the grade so we know we can continue to do so...with some innovative thinking and measures.... Have a great Sunday everyone..!
