Good Morning QB people,,, i,m having trouble getting through to somebody,, anybody,, with the authority to give me a straight answer to a simple question,,,, we decided to treat the grandkids to tickets for the panto and there was a mix up ,,, we got 5 kids instead of 3 ( twins are too wee to sit through it ),,, so, goes back down 1 hour later to explain,,,, a lovely young girl explained they are non refundable even though this was a genuine mistake,,,, as this was Christmas Eve and the tickets are for 29th i asked to speak to a manager,,,,,sorry madam there wont be anybody here till MONDAY,, as thats when a manager will be in,, ok ,, so ive been phoning since then and only getting a message saying leave a phone mail, utter crap so it is,,,,,makes you wonder why the place is in such a state,,,,, watch this space for the outcome ,, cos,,, Bernie is not a happy bunny with this sort of treatment,,,,, PS watch yer feet this morning,, theres goiny be a few Torvill & Deans out there today folks,,,,, Have a good day one & allxx♥♥xx
