Good Morning ! Rise and shine ! Here are a few workouts that I do for my back and biceps . I include bicep workouts with Back day as both muscles require a pulling motion. My complete WOD is : 10 - 1 minute intervals of rows and battle ropes to warmup Stretch for 5-10 mins, holding each stretch for at least 20 sec (15-12-10 reps, increase in weight with each set) 3 sets of lat pull downs 3 sets of seated rows 3 sets of pull ups/chin ups 3 sets of deadlifts 3 sets of back extensions 3 sets of bicep barbell curls 3 sets of bicep dumbbell curls 3 sets of seated decline hammer curls. In preparations for the Spartan beast, I include 15-20 mins of inclined treadmill intervals. (Set Treadmill to highest incline, jog 1 min, walk 1 min). Hope everyone has an amazing weekend !
