Good Morning Sunshine! Make it a day of Love Being an Instinct! I saw a video of an elderly man suffering from Alzheimers who wandered from his home. When police found him he was on a quest to buy flowers. With police assistance the gentleman purchased flowers and presented them to his wife. She cried and spoke of how her husbands mind may have forgotten much but his heart remembered. Love was an instinct. Have you ever loved so much that love has become the very essence of who you are and love becomes an action without a second thought. Is love lived out through you in word, thought and deed? Do you automatically express love to all you encounter. Love is lived out through kindness and compassion. Love is demonstrated by caring for the needs of those around you or thinking of what can be done for others rather than thinking what can I get out of this or that. Samuel Butler said To live is to love; all reason is against it, and all healthy instinct for it. Lord Byron said There is no instinct like that of the heart. Let love be who you are and then all of your actions will instinctively be love! Think love, live love, be love & Enjoy!
